Return Process

  Place the item back in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
